Frequently Asked Questions

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept gold pieces (GP), silver pieces (SP) at the standard 10:1 conversion rate, precious gems (appraised value), magical artifacts (subject to assessment), and inter-realm bank transfers. We also accept payment plans—speak with our Treasury Office to arrange terms. Cryptocurrency from the Ethereal Blockchain is accepted but subject to a 3% volatility fee.

What is the refund policy?

Full refunds are available within the first two weeks of the semester. After that, refunds decrease by 25% each week. No refunds after week 4, unless you've been turned to stone, trapped in another dimension, or suffered other qualifying magical mishaps (documentation required). Time-travel related refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! Our "Quest Now, Pay Later" plan allows you to split your tuition into 4 equal payments throughout the semester. There's no interest charged, but a small administrative fee of 5 GP applies. Monthly payment plans are also available through our partnership with the Goblin Bank of Inter-Realm Commerce.

Are there additional costs for out-of-realm students?

Out-of-realm students pay a slightly higher tuition rate to cover the additional administrative costs of inter-dimensional enrollment. However, you may qualify for In-Realm rates after establishing magical residency for one full academic year. Portal transportation passes are included for in-realm students but available for purchase by others.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not—we believe in full transparency. All fees are disclosed upfront. The only additional costs you might encounter are optional: premium dormitory upgrades, specialized equipment for certain courses (we provide loaners), and late fees for overdue library books (the books get cranky, we have to compensate them).
